I can't sign in to my account
Make sure you're using the correct email address and password. Check that Caps Lock is off. If you forgot your password, use
Account recovery to reset it.
I'm getting "Incorrect email or password"
This error appears when either the email or password is wrong. For security, we don't specify which one. Double-check your email, then try your password carefully. If you forgot it, use
Account recovery.
I'm locked out after too many attempts
Your account is temporarily locked after several failed attempts. Wait a few minutes — the lockout increases progressively (30s → 1min → 2min → 5min). After the cooldown, try again.
I'm being asked for a verification code
Neuraphic requires a second verification step for all sign-ins. If you have an authenticator app, open it for your 6-digit code. Otherwise, check your email. The code expires in 10 minutes.
I didn't receive the verification code email
Check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@neuraphic.com. Click "Resend code" if needed. If your email provider blocks automated emails, add noreply@neuraphic.com to your contacts.
I can sign in on one device but not another
Each device has its own session. Make sure your browser accepts cookies and clear your cache. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.
How do I create a Neuraphic Account?
Go to
Create account, enter your name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification code — enter it to complete registration. One account works across all Neuraphic products.
I get an error when trying to create an account
This usually means the email is already in use, the domain doesn't exist, or the password doesn't meet requirements. Try a different email or check password requirements (8+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, symbol).
Can I use any email to create an account?
Any valid email works (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, company email). We verify it by sending a code. You cannot use the same email for multiple accounts.
What information is required?
First name, last name, email address, password, gender (optional), and date of birth. We don't ask for phone numbers or payment information during registration.
I never received the verification email after signup
Check spam for an email from noreply@neuraphic.com. If not there, go to
Sign in — the system will automatically resend the code.
What is 2-Step Verification?
An extra security layer. After your password, you need a code from an authenticator app or email. Even if someone steals your password, they can't access your account without the second code.
How do I set up an authenticator app?
Go to
Security settings → "Set up". Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. You'll receive 10 backup codes — save them securely.
Which authenticator apps work?
Any TOTP-compatible app: Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden. The app generates a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds.
I lost my phone and can't get codes
Use one of your 10 backup codes. Each works once. If you don't have backup codes, use
Account recovery with your recovery email.
What are backup codes?
10 one-time emergency codes (XXXX-XXXX format) generated when you enable 2FA. They're your backup if you lose your phone. Each code works once. Store them safely — they're only shown once.
I'm running low on backup codes
Go to
Security settings → "Regenerate". This creates 10 new codes and invalidates all previous ones. Requires your password.
How do I disable 2-Step Verification?
Go to
Security settings → "Disable". Requires your password. Note: Neuraphic still sends email verification codes on every sign-in, even without an authenticator.
Can I use 2FA on multiple devices?
Yes. When setting up, scan the QR with multiple devices, or copy the manual key shown under "Can't scan?" and enter it on another device.
I forgot my password
Go to
Account recovery, enter your email, choose a recovery method, and create a new password after verification.
How do I change my password?
Password settings → enter current password → enter new password. You'll be signed out of all devices.
What are the password requirements?
8–128 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, one symbol, and no spaces.
Why was I signed out after changing my password?
For security, all sessions are revoked on password change. This ensures unauthorized users are locked out immediately. Sign in again with your new password.
I forgot my current password but I'm signed in
Sign out, then use
Account recovery to reset your password. You need to verify your identity before creating a new one.
How often should I change my password?
Only if you believe it's compromised. A strong, unique password with 2FA is more effective than frequent changes. Never reuse passwords across services.
How do I recover my account?
Go to
Account recovery, enter your email, choose a method (account email code, recovery email code, or backup code), then create a new password.
What is a recovery email?
A secondary email for emergencies. If you lose access, the recovery email receives a verification code. It must be different from your account email. Add one in
Personal info.
I don't have a recovery email set up
You can still recover using a code sent to your account email, or a backup code. We strongly recommend adding a recovery email in
Personal info.
I have no recovery email and no backup codes
Request a code to your account email. If you can't access that either,
submit a support ticket. For security, we may require additional verification.
The recovery code expired
Codes expire after 10 minutes. Click "Resend code" or "Request a new code" for a fresh one.
Can Neuraphic reset my password for me?
No. Our team cannot bypass authentication — this protects against social engineering attacks. You must verify through the recovery flow.
What is a passkey?
Sign in using your fingerprint, face, or screen lock instead of a password. It's the most secure method — resistant to phishing and data breaches.
How do I set up a passkey?
Go to
Security settings → Passkeys → "Add". Your device prompts you to confirm with biometrics or PIN.
Which devices support passkeys?
Windows 10/11 (Windows Hello), macOS (Touch ID), iOS 16+ (Face ID/Touch ID), Android 9+. Supported browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox.
I deleted a passkey but my device still shows it
Removing from Neuraphic only removes it server-side. To remove from your device: Windows: Settings → Accounts → Passkeys. Mac: System Preferences → Passwords. iPhone: Settings → Passwords.
Can I use passkeys in incognito mode?
No. Incognito mode can't access stored credentials. Use a regular browser window.
Do passkeys replace passwords?
They're an additional method, not a replacement. You can use either. We recommend setting up both for flexibility.
Can I change my email address?
No. Your email is your permanent account identifier. If you need a different email, create a new account.
How do I change my name?
Go to
Personal info, click your name, enter the new one, and confirm with your password.
Can I change my date of birth?
Date of birth is set during account creation and cannot be changed from the panel. If entered incorrectly,
contact support.
Why do I need my password to edit personal info?
Prevents unauthorized changes if someone accesses your device while you're signed in. Same approach used by Google and Apple.
How do I add a recovery email?
Go to
Personal info → Recovery email. Enter the email + your password → a verification code is sent to the new email → enter it to confirm.
How do I check my active sessions?
Go to
Security settings. Under "Active sessions" you can see every signed-in device with browser, IP, and last active time. Revoke any session except your current one.
I see a device I don't recognize
Revoke that session immediately, change your password, regenerate backup codes if you have 2FA, and verify your recovery email hasn't been changed.
What is "Recent security activity"?
A log of security events: sign-ins, password changes, 2FA changes. Review it regularly to ensure all activity is yours.
Someone may have access to my account
1. Change your password. 2. Revoke unfamiliar sessions. 3. Regenerate backup codes. 4. Check your recovery email. 5. Review security activity. Still concerned?
Submit a ticket.
I received a suspicious email about my account
Don't click any links in suspicious emails. Go directly to
accounts.neuraphic.com to check your account. Neuraphic emails come from noreply@neuraphic.com only.
What data does Neuraphic collect?
Account info (name, email), security data (sessions, login history), and product usage if you opt in. We don't sell data. See our
Privacy Policy.
What are the activity controls?
Controls in
Data & privacy to decide whether Neuraphic saves your activity for personalization. Toggle on or off anytime.
How do I sign out of all devices?
Go to
Data & privacy → "Sign out". This revokes all sessions. Changing your password also signs you out everywhere.
How do I delete my account?
Go to
Data & privacy → "Delete account" → enter password. This is permanent and irreversible.
What happens when I delete my account?
All data is permanently removed: personal info, sessions, security settings, payment methods, subscriptions, and product data. Your email becomes available for a new account.
Can I recover a deleted account?
No. Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore accounts or data. Download anything you need before deleting.
I want to delete but forgot my password
Use
Account recovery to reset your password first, then delete from Data & privacy.
